All Kids classes are drop-off only. Parents or guardians are NOT allowed to attend our classes or enter our studio at any time. Please brief any caregivers that you are sending.

By registering for this program, I AGREE & ATTEST to all the following, on behalf of myself named herein as a participant in this program or any minor participant (s) mentioned herein that I represent and am legally responsible for. I am aware of the risk of Covid-19 associated with participating in any in-person experience, including all Breakers Art Gallery Classes & Programs I will NOT attend this program mentioned herein if I am currently experiencing symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty breathing, or dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease, or have experienced/exhibited any of these symptoms within 14 days of this event. I AGREE on behalf of myself as the participant or participants named herein to agree to hold harmless, release, waive and indemnify Breakers Art Gallery, its members, employees, agents, successors and assigns to any & all injuries, illness, medical conditions, claims, liabilities, damages, expenses or judgments from participation in any and all Breakers Art Galleries programming and/or activities, including use of the area(s) and/or equipment, participation in a class or program at Breakers Art Gallery. Any defense, cost or expense arising out of any and all claims, injuries, liabilities or damages arising out of or related to participation in any and all of our programming, as set forth, including attorneys' fees. I AGREE NOT TO ATTEND this program if I as a participant or any minor participant(s) mentioned herein, or any member(s) of my household, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of this program. I CERTIFY the information that I have entered herein to be accurate and true. I am at least 18 years old and I have read and agree to the terms of this agreement. I CERTIFY that I, & all other participants named herein in this form do NOT currently have Covid-19. I CERTIFY that I, & all other participants named herein am not currently living with anyone who is suffering or recovering from Covid-19 or any symptoms related to it. I CERTIFY that to the best of my knowledge, in the past 14 days, I or the above minor mentioned herein above have not been in close contact ( or within 6 feet for at least 10 minutes) with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19? I AGREE + CERTIFY that I or any participant(s) mentioned herein are expected to stay away from any in-person class at Breakers Art Gallery if I develop any COVID-19 symptoms or flu-like symptoms, and that I will notify the studio of my situation immediately if this should happen.

I CERTIFY that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-mentioned minor participant(s) mentioned herein & confirm that the information I have entered here is accurate and true. I CERTIFY that I am responsible for any caregiver or guardian mentioned herein and guarantee that all of the above is true and correct. I CERTIFY that I am at least 18 years old and I have read and agree to the terms of the above agreement.

Bring a bag lunch and a small healthy snack with a refillable water bottle. Please DO NOT share any belongings, food, or drinks with any other student or gallery member. Please do not bring any non-essential items to our studio. This includes bags, bicycles, toys, stuffed animals.

Breakers Art Gallery may take photographs or videos of artwork or work in progress at the studio during classes which may/ or may not be used for publicity purposes. These photos may be published on our social media pages or platforms &/or website, &/or may be posted on other promotional materials or in other promotional media. NO STUDENT will be identified in these photographs or tagged/identified in any photo without their consent. Please note, we archive all work created at our studio. If you do not wish your child to be in a group photo, please state this clearly in the notes section of this form. All photographs are the property of Breakers Art Gallery and we do not allow these photos to be published by third-party or by any other media or source. We value & are protective of our campers, their interests & privacy.

All students are expected to arrive on time & all minor students must be picked up promptly. Classes start & end at the advertised times. If a student arrives late, they will NOT be given extra time at the end of class to finish their project. If a minor is not picked up on time extra charges apply after time & must be booked at time of registration.

Please treat other campers, teachers, helpers, classroom, building, furnishings, equipment, supplies and materials with respect so as to not harm or break anything intentionally. Any camper who fails to treat the above mentioned people and items with respect will be dismissed from class. Any camper whose behavior keeps other campers from learning and enjoying their summer camp will be dismissed from class. If a child is dismissed they will need to be picked up promptly by a parent or guardian on the pick up list. Their will be no refunds for campers failure to participate in art camp within these guidlines. We are here to have a positive and happy summer art camp 😃

Cancellation Policy: If you fail to notify us in time (at least 24hrs), you are not entitled to any rescheduling or credit PLEASE NOTE, if a class is canceled due to situations beyond our control, Breakers Art Gallery will not be issuing any refunds. Instead, you will be offered the option of gallery credit valid for six months from the date of purchase and to be used on any classes or activities.
